RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your online purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept exchange or refund, unworn merchandise returned to our online store or RETAIL OUTLET within 30 days of the order date.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

Returned footwear should include the original packaging and be in the original condition as when it was received, this includes the shoe box. Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges for any returns/exchanges. Shoemakers recommends sending return parcels via registered post as we are not liable if your return is not received at our postal address. If your parcel goes missing you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of delivery at our postal address and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. If you cannot provide this information, Shoemakers will not be held accountable for any losses.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Once your order has been received at our store your return request will be processed within 1 – 3 working days.

You will receive email confirmation from us either stating that your exchange has been dispatched or your refund has been processed.

For exchanges, please allow 2 – 5 working days for delivery unless otherwise specified. (If you require express post, please contact our customer service team prior to returning your order).

For refunds please allow up to 4 working days for your refund to be processed if you paid via credit card.

EXCHANGES

For exchange of size, colour or style, please note your request on your invoice (enclosed with your purchase) and send to:

Once your return is received your exchange will be dispatched and email confirmation will be sent.

Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges for any exchange. 

If the item you wish to exchange for is a higher price, including shipping charges you will be contacted to provide additional payment through credit card.

REFUNDS

To return footwear for a refund, please send the shoes back to:

via registered post. Please fill out your details on the bottom of your Invoice and what you are after. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping charges and sales tax on shipping charges (unless goods are defective or not as originally ordered). Worn footwear cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.
