Yes we are! At the moment we are offering standard delivery to Metro and Regional destinations in Australia. Otherwise, if you live close by to Shoemakers Wholesale, you can choose to click and collect your items!


Can my delivery be upgraded to reach me faster?

We’re sorry but at this time we’re unable to upgrade your delivery to reach you faster. We’re working around the clock at reduced capacity to get the orders to our customers as fast as possible. We will keep you updated via email once it’s been shipped and is on its way to you.


What is your returns policy?

We offer returns paid at the expense of the buyer for 30 days after receiving your items. Any items excluded from this policy will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout. To be eligible for a return:

1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the receiving date.

2. Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty

3. Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition. This includes branded dust bags, shoe boxes and packaging.

4. Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached. Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact.
