RETURNS POLICY

Shoemakers Wholesale accepts returns within 30 days of receiving items. If you would like to return your items, or exchange them, please click on the photo to the right to visit our returns portal and submit a return request:

You are entitled for a refund, store credit, and gift card from Shoemakers Wholesale if: 

- You have had a change-of-mind 

- Your item/s did not fit 

- Wrong item was sent 

 

 

*Return items must not been worn, used, washed or altered in any way* 

 

REFUND FOR A FAULTY ITEM

If you have received items that are faulty, you are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit from Shoemakers Wholesale. To process a return request for a faulty item, please click the image displayed above titled 'returns portal'. You must provide a description of the issue, and our team will work to process your return accordingly.
