DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Free In-Store Pick Up (Melbourne Only) 

Standard Shipping: $15.00 to Australia Only (3-7 working days)

Express Shipping: $25.00 (1-3 working days)

 

SHOEMAKERS RETURNS POLICY

 You are entitled to a refund for items you purchase from Shoemakers if the item is:

  1. Faulty and the fault or defect when you receive your item and you inspected the goods immediately before wearing them (Return item must not be worn, used, washed or altered in anyway); or
  2. Not 'of merchantable quality', meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, bearing in mind the way the item was described to you before your purchase.

AND you must notify us of any damage, faulty or defect you found on your received item within ten (10) working days from the date you received the item. Shoemakers reserves all rights to request a photo of the damaged goods and/or a return of the item/damaged goods. If you fail to give notice in accordance with this clause, the Products shall be conclusively presumed to be in all respects in accordance with the order and free from any defect that would be apparent on reasonable examination, and you shall be deemed to have accepted the Products accordingly.

HOW TO RETURN MY ORDER

Returned footwear should include the original packaging and be in the original condition as when it was received, this includes the shoe box. Follow Shoemakers’ recommended Step-to-Step Return/Refund guideline:

 

POSTAGE

Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges for any returns/exchanges. Shoemakers recommends sending return parcels via registered post as we are not liable if your return is not received at our postal address. If your parcel is lost or damaged from transit, you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of delivery at our postal address and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. If you cannot provide this information, Shoemakers will not be held accountable for any loss.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Once your order has been received at our store your return request will be processed within 1 – 3 working days.

You will receive email confirmation from us either stating that your exchange has been dispatched or your refund has been processed.

For exchanges, please allow 2 – 5 working days for delivery unless otherwise specified. (If you require express post, please contact our customer service team prior to returning your order).

For refunds please allow up to 4 - 7 working days for your refund to be processed if you paid via credit card.

 

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

Shoemakers is not legally obliged to give refunds of the purchase price or gift cards on items, or exchange them, simply because you have changed your mind about the purchase.

However, Shoemakers would want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience. If you simply change your mind we do offer a refund, exchange or gift card of value equivalent to the purchase price for most items provided that:

  1. You return the item within 14 days from the date of purchase (or for online purchases, from the date you receive it); and
  2. The item is unworn and in its original condition; and
  • All original labels and tickets are attached to the item; and
  1. You provide an original tax invoice as proof of purchase; and
  2. Sale merchandise will only be exchanged, not refunded.
  3. Be responsible for all shipping and handling charges for any returns/exchanges. 

Change of Mind Policy does NOT apply under any circumstances to purchases of the following items:

  1. Footwear accessories including shoe polishes, weatherproof sprays, etc.
  2. Luggage and bags
  3. Other none footwear item
